What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we receive your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company, type of business, city and phone number. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, for businesses, to discuss a possible partnership. The legal bases are steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Enquiries are sent by this website's server, which is hosted by SuperHosting.bg in Bulgaria, to our email inbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail). Google holds the emails on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact with you. If a contract follows, the retention rules for that contract apply instead.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• see the data we hold about you, and have it corrected;
• have it erased, or its use restricted;
• object to our use of it;
• receive it in a portable format.

Complaints

You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, cpdp.bg).
